Abs Exp

Abs Exp is a custom software tool I built for a prominent artist to create digital animations that are inspired by the visual language of their large oil on canvas paintings.

I wrote a p5.js app that allows the artist to generate different parametric designs. Each design is generative and slowly shifts over time. When the artist finds a design they like they can save it as a custom json file. I also created a software client that reads the json file so different iterations can be reviewed. Each unique json and software client can also be used as an NFT.
